The producer and his suppliers are not responsible for the results of harvest. Our guarantee only covers the value of the seeds sold and their replacement in case of shortcomings of the quality of seeds.

As a condition for our liabilities, it is necessary to send a written complaint notice by registered mail during the following 30 days after you purchased the seeds.
